Payments should be made to our loan servicing partner as instructed and in your usual way. But when you get in a pinch, you can use PayPal to get your payment to us fast. Here are the instructions:

1. go to www.paypal.com
2. click the "Send Money" tab
3. enter: accounting@pacificwestnoteexchange.com as the recipient
4. enter the amount being paid
5. check the  "send money for"  box that says "Services/other"
6. Check to be sure your payment method has enough balance available (checking balance or credit card limit)
7. Scroll down to the message box and tell us your name and address so we can credit your account
8. call us at (888) 898-9373 to alert us that you have used PayPal so we can be sure and stop any late payment from attaching to your account.

That's it.  Yes, it is easier to write a check and lick a stamp but it works in a pinch!

Not into using PayPal? Our Loan Servicing division accepts wire transfers like Western Union--give the number on your statement  a call for instructions.
